FORMAT
The format is four-man, best two-ball with net and gross divisions and the location is one of Houston’s most prestigious courses.

Registration begins at 11 a.m.
Lunch begins at 12 p.m.
Tournament begins at 12:30 p.m.
Dinner and live auction begin at 5:30 p.m.

ENTRY FEE
Divots offers many opportunities for tournament play. Tournament and team sponsorship packages are available. Individual players can enter a team at $2,000 or $500 per player. Your entry fee includes a golf cart, green fees, range balls, lunch, celebratory dinner/live auction, player goodie bag and entry in the door-prize contest.

Team sponsorships are available at the following levels:
Team Devereux $7,500
Ryder Cup $5,000
President’s Cup $2,000

Eagle Sponsorships are also available for companies who are not entering a team and would like to support the tournament in other ways.

PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place for the best two-ball, low-net and low-gross foursomes. Prizes will also be awarded to those individuals with the longest drive, closest-to-the-pin shot and the first hole-in-one at designated holes on the course. The Lexus Hole-In-One winner for 2009 will receive a one year lease on a Lexus RX 350.

LIVE AUCTION
The tournament will also include a live auction that is held during the celebratory awards dinner. Proceeds from the event will be used to further Devereux’s mission to achieve excellence and innovation in behavioral health care, treatment and research for children, adolescents and adults.
